Sport Level Pricing @ Cure.fit

INTERACTION DESIGN FOR MOBILE · END-END PRE-PURCHASE JOURNEY

OVERVIEW

During my internship at Cure.fit, I independently led and executed an effort to redesign the home page experience for ‘PLAY’ to launch a new pricing construct.

DURATION

July 2023 to Dec 2023. Deployed in Jan 2024.

ROLE

I designed the pre-purchase journey end-to-end, while working closely with product managers to define features.

TEAM

I was the sole designer on the team, with two Product Managers and over six Software Engineers.

SKILLS

User flows, information architecture, wire-framing, iterating, prototyping, testing.

OUTCOME

Sports Level Pricing was launched in January 2024 and has been live on the Cure.fit app ever since. It is accessible to 10 million users after one click on the bottom navigation bar.

DESIGNS FROM THE APP

THE BRIEF

‘PLAY’ is Cure.fit’s flagship product that sells sports services to users. Upon purchasing a pass (‘cultpass’), users can access all sports centres (across different sports like swimming, badminton, and table tennis) in their city.

Before the redesign, there was only one way to purchase a cultpass for PLAY centers. Buying the pass gave users access to every centre corresponding to every sport. However, many users choose to play only one sport at the center closest to them and don’t get the full value of the pass.

Through the redesign, we launched a new pricing construct that allows users to purchase access to one center for one sport. This would go on to help users get the most benefit from their pass.
