‘Teams’ App for Sports Trainers @ Cure.fit

OVERVIEW

During my internship at Cure.fit, I also independently led and executed an effort to integrate ‘PLAY’ sports trainers into the platformised Cure.fit trainer app by adding a customised user journey.

DURATION

Sept 2023 to Nov 2023. Deployed in Nov 2023.

ROLE

I transferred and revamped the sports trainer experience onto the Teams app.

TEAM

I was the sole designer on the team, with one PM and three SDEs.

SKILLS

User research, user flows, information architecture, wire-framing, iterating.

OUTCOME

My designs for the Teams app were launched in November 2023 and have been live since. It is used by all the sports trainers of ‘PLAY’ during their coaching sessions.

THE BRIEF

‘PLAY’ is Cure.fit’s flagship product that sells sports services to users. One of the services that Cure.fit offers is sports coaching for children. During coaching sessions, trainers take assessments and measure student progress.

Cure.fit acquired ‘Fitso’ from Zomato in 2021, which has now gone on to be ‘PLAY’. At the time, the trainers were still using a Fitso product for coaching purposes. The goal for the designs was to integrate the sports trainers onto Cure.fit’s internal product and help streamline their workflow.

Through the redesign, we not only transferred existing functionalities, but also introduced new features to strongly improve the user experience for every coach.
